Embroidery Conditions

• There is strictly no exchanges, returns or refunds on any embroidery or embroidered items.
• You as the customer have obtained the right to have the logo applied to the garment by the owner of the logo and acknowledge that eNurse will bear no cost for any copyright or logo usage infringement.
• eNurse will provide upon request a visual sample of the logo for approval prior to bulk production commencing. Single line and single colour text-based embroidery does not have this option available.
• There is a $40.00 setup fee for all new logos being requested. Single line and single colour text-based embroidery does not incur this cost.
• Please allow minimum 21 days (including express post) from the day your order is processed for delivery of goods. Any delays beyond this point will be notified by our sales team
• Colours for embroidered logos are fixed – If you need something different, please contact our sales team.
• Once we have received written approval to commence production of the logo, the customer will be responsible for costs incurred if any changes are required, unless authorised by eNurse Management
