Refund & Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us at eNurse, hence why we have developed a customer friendly returns policy

For all returns & refunds, we require the “refunds and returns” form needs to be filled out and returned with your item(s). This form can also be found on the reverse side of your packing slip, it would be great if you could email sales@enurse.com.au to give us the heads up as well.

Faulty Returns/Exchanges

On the rare occasion you may receive a product from us that doesn’t work or has a fault through it.

Faulty describes an item or product that is not working, has a defect or is not as described and the fault has not been caused by misuse.

Faulty products are assessed on a case by case basis and eNurse has sole discretion in conjunction with its suppliers to determine a faulty product. Upon requesting a refund or return for a faulty product, we may ask for images of the product or for it to be returned to us so we can review the fault in question and provide you with a prompt refund. (Don’t worry our products are really good and we have minimal returns)

If we recognise your product as faulty, we will issue you with a returns label for you to send it back to us. Once we have received the faulty product back, we will issue you with a refund or send a new product back to you, just let one of our customer service team know which one you’d prefer

 

Change of Mind Returns

We get it from time to time we change our mind and might not want or like what we’ve purchased. With this in mind, eNurse has the following change of mind policy.

    • The item is in original condition as purchased (unworn, unused, unwashed, no hair, makeup or dirt on garment and all tags/labels attached)*.
    • The item is returned within 30 days of delivery.
    • The returns form is filled out with all the relevant information and sent back to us.
    • For change of mind returns the customer is responsible for paying any postage costs associated with returning the parcel back to eNurse and any cost to send the new product out.
    • Once we have received the product back we will process the exchange or refund.

*eNurse reserves the right to send any items deemed not in original  condition back to the customer.

 

Change of mind exclusions

Unfortunately, we do have some products that are unable to be exchanged     or returned to us for hygiene or other reasons

  • Socks, underwear, masks, hats and hosiery due to hygiene reasons.  Please check size chart before purchasing.
  •   Clearance & discontinued line items.
  •   Individual items purchased in kits/combos.
  •   Embroidery items.

 

Once we have received your return, please allow 48hrs for us  to process your refund or exchange. (Please note the postie only come to us on Tuesday and Thursday to bring us parcels, we do send them out every day though)

eNurse reserves the right to refuse to refund or exchange an item if the terms and conditions outlined in this policy have not been met.
