  • What are eNurse’s Christmas hours
    • We are open Monday – Friday 8:30-4:30 until the 23rd of December and 8:30-1:30 on the 24th of December. We will then close for a well earned break and reopen on the 5th of January at 8:30am.

  • What are eNurse's cut off to receive orders prior to Christmas?
    • Parcel Post: Wednesday 17th December
    • Express Post: Friday 19th December, noting eNurse cannot be held responsible for any parcels not received prior to Christmas
    • Click and collect orders can be collected right up until the 24th of December at 1:30pm

 

  • If I place my order after Christmas cut off when will I receive it?
    • We will be shipping orders right up until we close on the 24th of December.  Check the australia post website for anticipated delivery times. Any order placed after 11:00am on the 24th of December will be shipped when we reopen on the 5th of January.

 

  • If I need to return my order will you be able to process it?
    • We will process all returns received up until the 24th of December, any return received after this will be processed on the 5th of January when we return.

 

  • Will my emails and phone messages be responded to over the Christmas period.
    • Our emails will be monitored sporadically throughout this period and we will respond when we get the opportunity. Voice mails will be responded to when we return on the 5th of January.

 

  • What happens if I need something urgently embroidered during the Christmas break.
    •  Embroidery cut off to ensure completion prior to Christmas is Wednesday 3rd of December. Any embroidery order received after this, our suppler is unable to guarantee they will complete prior to their Christmas shut down on the 19th of December. 

 

  • Are you doing any sales over Christmas?
