Returns, Exchanges and Refunds Policy

Customer satisfaction is very important to us at eNurse, so we cover every purchase with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with the quality or function of any of our product’s, you are welcome to return it within 30 days of delivery.

For all returns & refunds, the RETURN AND EXCHANGE FORM, needs to be filled out and returned with your item(s). This form can also be found on the reverse side of your packing slip. We encourage you to check your item(s) as soon as you receive them.

If you satisfy the criteria for a return, and if your item is in its original packaging (please make sure you don’t damage the original packaging), unworn, unwashed and in its original condition, you can send it back for a refund or exchange. Postage to return item(s) are the responsibility of the customer however, in the case of an exchange, we will send replacement item back standard post with no charge to you.

Faulty Returns/Exchanges

Most products sold by eNurse are covered by a 12 month faulty warranty. Faulty describes an item or product that is not working, has a defect or is not as described and the fault has not been caused by misuse.

In the case of a refund, the amount refunded will be the price of the item as shown on the invoice (excluding postage and handling fees) and will be paid back to your original payment method. *If the product is out of stock at the time of return, an exchange for a different item of equal value or refund may be given.

Change of Mind Returns/Exchanges

“Change of mind” is a request to refund or exchange an item for reasons other than a faulty product. E.g., Incorrect size, colour, style or no longer required.

eNurse will refund or exchange items if:

  • The item is returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item is in original condition as purchased (unworn, unused, unwashed, no hair, makeup or dirt on garment and all tags/labels attached).

*Any items not in good condition will be returned to the customer.

Change of mind exclusions

No change of mind exchanges or refunds will be given on the following items:

  • Socks, underwear, masks, hats and hosiery & stethoscopes due to hygiene reasons. Please check size chart before purchasing.
  • Clearance & discontinued line items.
  • Individual items purchased in kits/combos.
  • Embroidery items.

Please allow 48hrs after your return has been received back to us for the Exchange/Refund to be actioned.

eNurse reserves the right to refuse to refund or exchange an item if the terms and conditions outlined in this policy have not been met.

 

Frequently Asked Questions

If for any reason you change your mind on your purchase, we will gladly refund the total price of the item (less postage) within 30 days of purchase of goods. Otherwise, we are happy to exchange for another item that you wish to purchase.

Clearance or discontinued items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

If an item is returned, the cash amount will be paid, if loyalty points were used towards the purchase the points will be forfeited.

Please ensure that you bring a printed copy of your order or confirmation email into store to confirm your purchase details.

You may return new items purchased from eNurse online within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (less postage), subject to our refund & exchange policy.

We will process your refund within 10 business days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse. Your financial institution may take additional time to transfer funds back into your account.

We refund you the same way that you initially paid for your order. For example, if you paid via Credit Card, your refund will be credited into the same credit card the payment originated from.
